This Creamy Corn Dip is a great quick and easy appetizer idea for any party or get-together. This cold dip is made with sweet corn and red bell pepper with cheddar and creamy dressing.
This dip is perfect served alongside Sheet Pan Nachos, Baked Hot Wings or Jalapeno Popper Bread.
When you have unexpected guests coming or you want a quick and simple appetizer for a movie or game night, this Creamy Corn Dip is perfect for that! It takes 5 minutes to make it with just a handful of ingredients. We like to serve it with tortilla chips but Ritz crackers are great also. Ingredients:
- whole kernel corn
- red bell pepper
- mayonnaise
- sour cream
- cheddar cheese
- salt
- black pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir together.
- Add mayo and sour cream and stir.
- Cover and chill in the fridge until ready to serve.

Creamy Corn Dip
Ingredients
- 15 oz can whole kernel corn drained and rinsed
- ½ cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine corn, pepper, cheese, salt and pepper.
- Add mayo and sour cream and stir.
- Serve right away or cover the bowl with saran wrap and store in the fridge until ready to serve.
