Hi Myra! I had readers say they use crushed pork rinds on low carb diet. Grated Parmesan cheese works great too! I hope this helps!

Just so the writer is aware... At the start when reading instructions (not the actual recipe layout) one step isn't written the cornstarch and salt prior to flour. If I'm incorrect, I apologize, but I think I noticed it. It might confuse while cooking

Is there ANY chance you could give metric measures for cake OR ounces?
Here in the Uk we are not familiar with CUPS…
I particularly like this recipe as you use oil in the batter.

Hi! Every recipe on our site can be converted to metric system. In the recipe box, click the box that says "metric" until it's highlited gray. Hope this helps! Happy baking!
