When a bag of kale ends up in your grocery order, you turn it into a delicious side dish. Like this Sauteed Kale with Bacon! All you need is one skillet and 5 ingredients to make it. It's quick, easy and so flavorful! You can make it up to 3 days in advance because it reheats so well. Serve it with any meat main dish or add sausage and roasted potatoes. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- kale
- bacon
- onion
- garlic
- salt and pepper
How to saute kale?
- Start by washing and chopping your kale.
- Chop bacon, onion and mince garlic.
- In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy.
- Add onion and garlic and sautee until golden brown.
- Add kale and sautee until wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve.

Absolutely! You can prepare the dish, cool completely and place in a container with lid. I like the glass meal prep containers. Keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet or a microwave.
