Pull-Apart Rolls - easy rolls with garlic and Parmesan, made with ready biscuit dough. You will love these as an appetizer or to go with pasta dinner or soup!
Serve these rolls with marinara sauce, Instant Pot Chicken Noodle Soup or Garlic Butter Mushroom Shrimp Pasta.
I am not sure who is more obsessed with these rolls - me or my kids! The whole batch was gone faster than it took me to place them on a plate! These Garlic Parmesan Pull-Apart Rolls are a cross from a pull-apart bread and a monkey bread and super addicting. Fluffy biscuits with crispy buttery Parmesan edges and cheesy top thanks to freshly grated mozzarella cheese. Served with a dip (Ranch or marinara sauce) or garlic butter (like my Stuffed Garlic Knots) OR along with a hot bowl of soup or pasta, these pull-apart rolls are delicious!

These are my family's favorite rolls. I've made them so many times I've lost count. I use a silicon muffin pan and they pop right out. No need to use cooking spray.

Can I put cupcake papers in the muffin pan?
Anna says
Sure thing! I hope you love the rolls, Maureen!

Don’t use paper cups! I tried it, and half the rolls stick to the paper sides. Plus, you don’t get the buttery crispy edges you get using the metal pan.
