Peach Sorbet - a three-ingredient frozen treat that's perfect for summer!
Peach Sorbet Recipe Card
Ingredients
- 3 medium peaches ripe, washed, peeled and cut into chunks
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup water
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Freeze peaches.
- Place sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to boil. Remove from heat and cool completely. This is a simple syrup.
- Place frozen peach chunks, lemon juice and simple syrup into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately or pour into a freezer-safe container with lid.
- Keep frozen for up to 1 week.
