There was no way around it.
Take it from me. I have been doing this little series for 8 weeks now. A frozen version of chocolate chip cookies was simply bound to happen.
So, for all of you cookie dough lovers, I give you the Chocolate Chunk Cookie Dough Frozen Yogurt.
Frozen yogurt. It's the new thing now. Like cookie dough dip used to be.

Chocolate Chunk Cookie Dough Frozen Yogurt
Ingredients
- 1 c all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ c unsalted butter softened, 1 stick
- ½ c packed dark brown sugar
- ¼ c granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¾ c chocolate chips or chunks
- 1 c vanilla yogurt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl of a stand mixer, beat the butter and both sugars together until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and beat until combined. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients ( flour, soda and salt ). Add the chocolate chips or chunks and stir. Add the flour and chocolate mixture to butter mixture and fold in gently. Add yogurt and stir again. Place in a container and cover with lid. Freeze until set, preferably overnight.

This is yummy, but SUPER rich! My whole family enjoyed this! I made this gluten free by substituting almond flour for the All Purpose flour (and making sure my other ingredients were GF). Thanks for the recipe!
