Fudge and brownies swirled into ice cream.

    You.are.welcome. 🙂

Remember these Fudgy Raspberry Brownies? I saved some, refrigerated them, chopped them up and mixed them into my ice cream. And it was crazy good!

Fudge Brownie Ice Cream - homemade ice cream with swirls of fudge sauce and chunks of brownies. Absolutely delicious summer dessert!

You can use any brownies you like. I used half of 8"x8" pan of baked and chilled brownies and added them to my very favorite homemade ice cream recipe, which makes 1 pint. You can add more or less brownies, depends on your likings.

So to really keep it short and sweet today, I am just going to give you the recipe (or more of an instruction than a recipe) and let you get on with it.

Because these Fudge Brownie Ice Cream are calling your name!

Not sure why it wouldn't allow me to log in to FB and leave a comment on "The Chew" post...Anyway, here goes my comment that's supposed to be ont "The Chew" post:

"I love Clinton Kelly on the Chew. And of course, I am a fan of Mario Batali since dining at Babbo and having one of his awesome, cooked-to-perfection pasta dishes! How do I put a spin on my summer dishes? By combining seasonal ingredients in surprising ways! Strawberry risotto? Yes, please! Tuna and blackberry salad? Absolutely! Purple yam ice cream? Corn ice cream? You gotta try these, Anna!"

Yum! I love the flavor combo--you made a brownie sundae IN the ice cream itself! Great job 🙂

Sigh, this looks amazing. I wish I could eat ice cream everyday! I'm really loving Coconut Bliss ice cream (dairy-free) and I like the idea of adding brownies to the mix...yum!
