BERRY FROZEN YOGURT
A healthy and satisfying treat for the hot summer days. That's what this frozen yogurt is all about. Three ingredients is all you need to make it. Oh, and lots of cups and spoons because everyone will want some! My kids love yogurt and are super happy that it's the ice cream season. When they saw me making this frozen yogurt, they didn't leave the kitchen until it was done. I am happy to give them a healthy treat!
HOW TO MAKE BERRY FROZEN YOGURT?

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Place the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's direction, about 25 minutes.

Scoop into a container and freeze until solid.

Ingredients
- 125 gr strawberries about 3 large or 4 medium, washed and hulled
- 2 c plain low-fat yogurt
- ¼ c agave syrup or maple syrup

Absolutely! As one commenter mentioned, Donna Hay makes this recipe without the ice cream maker on her TV show. Just freeze the berries and chill the yogurt. Then blend and freeze. Hope this helps!
