Anna, these sound fantastic ... especially the strawberry coulis - love fresh strawberries in summer!
When I was a kid we went to an ice cream parlor that had not only coffee crunch ice cream, but one of the best toppings I have ever had ... coffee flavored. It was thick and had the perfect balance of coffee flavor and sweetness and I can NOT find a recipe for it anywhere. Care to give it a try? 🙂
