CARAMEL APPLE DIP

Do you remember the Microwave Caramel Sauce I shared a few days ago? I said I made a few batches while testing the recipe. To save myself from spooning the glorious caramel right into my mouth, I was trying to find ways to use it in other recipes.

So I drizzled it over this cake and these bars that I made again to shoot new photos. By the way, they are still one of my favorite bars! Have you made them yet? The caramel sauce is perfect to mix in with a cheesecake dip and serve with apple slices. So good!

Thanks for the caramel dip recipe. I'll need to find sugar free caramel, but we have a very prolific apple tree. Two crops a year! Not sure where you live, but in Southern California, the Anna apple thrives in heat. Plant one if you can. I have a freezer full of frozen pie filling. Now this is a great way to eat them fresh and to serve to guests! Thanks!

You had me at caramel. Then you added apples and now I'm wishing so bad I had cream cheese to make this right now!
