This Air Fryer Corn on the Cob is the side dish of summer! Serve it right away, with seasoned butter or use to make salads. This corn is very tasty and so easy to make!

You can use the leftovers to make my Corn Fritters or the party-favorite, Creamy Corn Dip! It's delicious!

Air Fryer Corn on the Cob

Here in Kansas, we thoroughly enjoy the corn season. I often make my Fresh Corn Salad and my whole family enjoys it! But it's the corn on the cob that is the classic side dish, especially during summer. It's a quick and easy vegetable dish to serve with grilled meats. Enter the air fryer and the whole game changes! This Air Fryer Corn on the Cob cooks in 12 minutes and the results are mouth-watering!

We always brush cooked corn on the cob with butter and for this dish, I had to include it. I added garlic powder, paprika, and parsley and it took the dish to a new level. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

    Ingredients:

    • corn on the cob
    • olive oil
    • salt and pepper
    • butter
    • paprika
    • garlic powder
    • parsley

How to cook corn on the cob in the air fryer?

    • Start by removing the husks and silk from the cobs. Wash and dry the corn.
    • Rub each cob with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
    • Preheat the air fryer and place corn on the rack or in the basket.
    • Air fry for 12 minutes.
    • In the meantime, melt butter and mix with garlic, paprika and parsley.
    • Once the corn is cooked, brush it with seasoned butter and serve.

How to serve air fryer corn on the cob?

While this dish is absolutely delicious with just salt and pepper, I highly recommend brushing it with seasoned butter. Corn and butter always go together!

Can I make it ahead of time?

Cooked corn on the cob is best served right away. It has the best texture and flavor. However, if you have leftovers, you can always reheat it in the air fryer for 5 minutes.
