This Teriyaki Chicken is my skillet version of the Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken recipe I shared a few months ago. Sometimes I don’t want to or forget to set my slow cooker so the quick skillet option is great to have. This dish is as easy in prep as it’s slow cooker version and most likely you have all of the ingredients on hand.
Baked Teriyaki Salmon is as fast and easy to make and absolutely delicious!

This was amazing and I will be making it again and again. Instead of having broccoli with it, I steamed sugar snap peas and added them to the chicken. So good. I used regular vinegar, cause it's what I had on hand.

Hi Anna,
I've tried several recipes for Asian dishes on Pinterest, etc. and this is the FIRST one that my husband has liked! I left out the ginger (I've learned from the other recipes that he doesn't like it) and increased the ingredients for the sauce. With the broccoli and rice we had enough for leftovers and he said it tasted even better the 2nd night! 🙂
Thought you would like to know! Thanks for the recipe...easy and tasty!

The calories mentioned - are those per serving of chicken, the whole chicken dish or for the chicken/rice/broccoli per serving? Thanks! My family loves this recipe!
Anna@CrunchyCreamySweet says

Could I use flour if I don't have Corn starch? Or will the flour taste be too strong for this dish?
Mandy says
For the ingredients it says 2tbsp rice or apple cider vinegar, so I can use 2tbsp of uncooked rice?
Anna@CrunchyCreamySweet says
Hi Mandy! No, no. It means you can use either rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar. Serve the finished dish with cooked rice. Hope this helps. -Anna
