For lunch today I made a very scaled down, one bowl version, using Ramen noodles. I already had leftover sauteed peppers and onion. I par-boiled thin carrot slices and small broccoli pieces in same skillet as I was cooking noodles in. Timing was perfect. Dumped out water, wiped skilled, added oil, when hot added noodles, broccoli, carrots, pepper and onion. For sauce I mixed up teaspoons of ingredients as listed. Delicious! And perfect for one. Thanks for a great idea!
