NO FLOUR, NO FLOUR! BUT A CUP OF SUGAR to a cup of peanut butter, plus an egg to hold the sugar and peanut butter together. That's a lot of sugar for 6 servings!

Hi Ruth! The recipe makes about 15 cookies. I estimated the serving to be 2 cookies per person. Hope this helps! Have a beautiful week! -Anna

A cup of peanut butter is 1500 calories
Plus 775 for the sugar and 85 for the egg ... About 2400 calories total.
If you do 24 cookies, it's 100 calories each.
If you do 15, it's about 150 calories per cookie.

Perhaps it seems like a lot of sugar, but once you try these, you won't think so. They're wonderful cookies, and super easy to make. They're the only ones I make now, and nobody has objected in the least, not even my niece's very fussy husband, nor my exceedingly picky brother-in-law, and BIL loves his sweets!

Thank you so much, Joyce! 😀
