You can also use refrigerated pizza dough. Just pull off pieces the same size and enclose the cheese in them. I used to make a cheesy bubbly loaf and you stacked the dough balls in a tube pan to bake. They turn into a pull-apart loaf once removed from the tube pan.

What type of biscuit is this that you can roll around cheese? Sorry from Australia and don’t think we have anything like that

Hi Julie! I am not familiar with products in Australia so it's hard to say. Here, in U.S., you can purchase biscuits in a tube that are ready to be baked. That's what I used in this recipe.

Hi Julie - the biscuit dough is basically what we would call here in Australia a scone dough. We do not have the tubes of it here (that I have seen), so would have to make a dough from scratch.

Sp you use an entire biscuit for each bomb? So you get 10 bombs from the recipe?

My boys and I loved these! I opted to flatten each biscuit between my palms and them adding some shredded mozzarella cheese in the middle before rolling them closed. Delicious! Thank you so much for this simple recipe.

Not a reply, but a question: Are you saying I should partially slit the raw biscuit and stuff the cheese inside and pinch closed the slit OR place the cheese on the biscuit and then pull the biscuit around the cheese and then pitch closed? I am, by no means, a baker or even an avid recipe reader and though I read your recipe 3 times, I still don't know how to get the cheese in the biscuit and turn it into a roll or"bomb" 🐣. Please HELP!

I think she meant to open the can of biscuits and place the cheese in the middle of each and roll them up to cover the cheese. Hope this helps. These sound delicious!
