Your new favorite quick chocolate fix: Brownie Batter Truffles. So easy and so chocolaty!

Brownie Batter Truffles

This is my secret recipe.

A secret recipe for an easy treat that always satisfies my sweet tooth when I don't have time to bake. And now I'm going to give it all away. Because we are all friends here, right?

Brownie Batter Truffles in a tin.

Would you like to save this recipe?

We'll email this post to you, so you can come back to it later!

It uses just a few basic ingredients, a little chillin' time and off it goes, straight into your mouth to melt and take you away down the chocolate slide.... Mmmmmmm.....

The taste is spot on! Just like brownie batter. You have to try these!

I may or may not make a batch every Wednesday before "Nashville". 🙂 Because these little balls of chocolatey indulgence (and they truly are indulgent) are a no-fuss treat for  chocoholics like me.

But if you are planning to share them with someone, you may want to double the batch. They go fast!

Hi Mukta! Thank you for trying the recipe. I am afraid there is not much you can do about the sugar. You can use powdered sugar but it's a brownie batter truffle - it needs the brown sugar. Hope you enjoyed them anyways!

How long do you refrigerate it before dipping? If you don't want to dip it, because you just want to eat it, then do you need to refrigerate it?

Refrigerate it until it's set like fudge. It should be scoopable.

OMG, Anna. This is the type of treat I'd freeze to stop myself from eating it, only to find out it tastes fudgier and chewier frozen. Danger, danger!

lol The lighter ones in the lot are simply the same truffles but rolled in cocoa powder. 🙂 But I love the idea of blondie truffles, Donna! Thank you!
