Always sure to please, easy to make and the frosting is lick-the-bowl good! It's as easy to make as my Busy Day Chocolate Cake and as delicious as my Best Chocolate Bundt Cake.
HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE?
-
Grease a large sheet pan (I used 15"x10" pan) and preheat the oven.
-
In a medium bowl whisk together the dry ingredients. Set aside.
-
Place butter, cocoa powder and water in a medium saucepan and cook until starts to bubble. Stir constantly. Remove from the heat.
-
Pour the cocoa butter mixture into a large mixing bowl of a stand mixer, and mix on low speed for 2 to 3 minutes. It will be hot so be careful!
-
Increase the speed to medium and wet ingredients. Beat well after each addition. Beat the batter for about 1 minute. It will be thin.
-
Pour the batter into prepared pan.
-
Bake until the toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Pour frosting on top and let set.
