CINNAMON ROLL COFFEE CREAMER

Homemade coffee creamer (read that 5-minute coffee creamer) that tastes just like a cinnamon roll. Can I get a high five? Every Sunday, we take time to enjoy our coffee and I always try to make pastry to go with it. Last weekend, we had cinnamon rolls. The coffee and cinnamon roll combo was so good, it gave me an idea. How about a homemade coffee creamer that tastes just like a cinnamon roll. I could add a splash to my cup on any weekday and make my morning just a little bit sweeter.

HOW TO MAKE CINNAMON ROLL COFFEE CREAMER?

  • In a medium saucepan, combine milk and cream. Whisk in brown sugar and heat up the mixture but do not boil. Remove from heat. Sprinkle cinnamon over milk and cream mixture, add vanilla and whisk in to combine.
  • Cool to room temperature or use right away in your coffee. Once cooled, pour the creamer into a tall jar, cover and store in fridge for up to 5 days.
  • Shake well before each use.

If you are obsessed with cinnamon rolls and crave them as often as I do - you will love this coffee creamer! As it's pumpkin version, this one is also perfectly sweetened and spiced with cinnamon. It will take your plain cup of joe to a new level.

Enjoy, friends!

Your recipe had fantastically rich taste! But I have a question. The cinnamon didn't dissolve and added a gritty texture. I tried putting the cinnamon in earlier but that didn't seem to make a difference. Am I doing something wrong?

Tastes just like a cinnamon roll! I am so extremely pleased with this recipe. Thank you for posting! I have a pretty broad food allergy as well as a health condition that make 99% of flavored coffee creamers off limits for me. It's so wonderful to be able to make my own and have it turn out so deliciously! This is going to make morning coffee so much fun!!!

This is amazing! Quick question. I know it says to heat it up but how long do you do that for? I didn't let it boil but wasn't sure. It was still amazing.

Hi Ashley! That's fantastic! I am so happy to know that! You should only heat it up to the point when you see the mixture steaming. Then right away take it off the heat. Enjoy!! Thanks for letting me know you tried the recipe and love it!

THIS cinnamon roll coffee creamer is AMAZING. I pretty much take my creamer with coffee - and I am *practically* guzzling this stuff straight (not recommended). I thought this DIY would be sending me into a full scale meld-down, but this was easy and SO worth it. Perfect. When is the morning?

We have tons of guests coming for Thanksgiving... I'm not a huge coffee drinker but I always try to have good coffee and seasonal creamer on hand. This will do the trick!

Uhhhh, this is the most dangerous recipe ever! I think I'll just skip the coffee all together and slurp down a big cup of this creamer alone!
