Almond Cake Coffee Creamer Recipe - sweeten up your coffee with this quick and easy creamer that tastes like almond coffee cake. Enjoy in hot or iced drinks!
We are in the middle of a big kitchen remodel. Every day is filled with paint swatches, hundreds of knobs and drawer pull designs to choose from and constant vacuuming the mess we make.
I need my coffee now more than ever! If you visited my blog before, you may know that I am a huge coffee lover and always make my own coffee creamer. I do not remember the last time I bought it! It's simply to easy not to make it at home. Besides, I always have the ingredients on hand so why not!
This homemade coffee creamer version tastes just like a sweet and delicious almond coffee cake. Just what I love with a cup of joe on a relaxing afternoon.
But since lately, I need my coffee and lots of it - I love to add some flavor to it. This coffee creamer is perfect for that! I still adore my cinnamon roll creamer but currently, I am obsessed with this coffee cake version. I top it with frothed milk and a dash of nutmeg. So good! You will drink the whole mug before you know it. If you like this recipe, you may also enjoy this Vanilla Bean Coffee Creamer from Wine & Glue. It's fabulous!

It is completely normal for the cinnamon to float on the surface of the creamer. Make sure to shake the bottle well before using. Add more sugar to taste, if needed.
