Valentine's Day Chocolate Bark - a 3 ingredient treat that's not only super cute but also delicious!
Aaaaand we're back! Back in the baking season that is! After light and skinny January, we are almost in February - a month of chocolate indulgence, cute treats, heart sprinkles and cuteness all around!! I know, we are technically still in January. But my mind is already on the sweetest holiday of them all. Get ready for three weeks full of Valentine's Day treats!
While Valentine's Day is geared towards couples, it's also a fun holiday for the kids. My girls love everything pink, hearts and sprinkles! They loved my idea of making this chocolate bark and decorating it! The hardest part - waiting for the chocolate to set. The best - licking your fingers afterwards!

Chocolate bark is one of the easiest sweet treats you can make. Layer the crackers on the bottom of a baking sheet, spread melted chocolate on top and decorate with candy of your choice. Done and done!
We used Dark Chocolate M&M's in Valentine's Day color theme: pink, red and white. We added sprinkles and hearts. We let the chocolate set and then broke it into pieces. Can you handle the cuteness?

This bark is soooo pretty, Anna! And YAY for the return of sweets! I know that my body really needs all the good, healthy foods that people have been blogging about in January but gimme my sugar 'n butter! I love how easy it is to make this yummy sweet treat.

Just too pretty...and dangerously easy.
I must try, you know, for scientific purposes. 😉
