Fresh Pineapple Margarita - super refreshing margarita with a tropical twist!

Fresh Pineapple Margarita from Crunchy Creamy Sweet

It might not be five o'clock yet but it's the National Tequila Day! What better way to celebrate than with a margarita? And since it's summer, let's make it tropical!

    Enter Fresh Pineapple Margarita.

Fresh Pineapple Margarita in a glass.

We adore summer for all the fresh fruit we can enjoy in so many ways. Cut in chunks and straight into your mouth, placed on top of sweet batter and baked into a delicious cake, placed fresh on top of tarts and of course blended into smoothies. This time I decided to turn them into a cocktail for me and my Hubby. It was a good decision, for sure. 🙂

This margarita is bursting in fresh and tropical fruit flavors! It's super refreshing and goes down easily.

Only one thing to remember when making drinks with fresh fruit is that they might be a little thick because you are blending the fruit flesh. If you have texture issues (my Hubby does) or prefers clean drinks, you may want to strain this margarita before serving.

You can skip the alcohol and turn it into a smoothie for sure! Thanks, Emily!

I'm so into frozen, slushy things lately. The weather is entirely too hot and this looks perfect!

Homemade cocktails are always a good idea, especially when they are cold, slushy, and full of fresh fruit! Love it!
