Mango Margarita Slush - a fruity and boozy slush for the hot days of Summer!
Happy Cinco de Mayo!!!
I hope you guys are planning to enjoy lots of fabulous Mexican food and celebrate with delicious margaritas! Because, let's face it - Cinco de Mayo without margaritas is like birthday party without the cake!
Now let's take the margarita to a fruity and icy level. Enter mango slush.

Combine frozen chunks of fruit and ice to make a fantastic slush right in front of you, in your blender, in your kitchen. Then straight to a glass and all you need is a straw! Oh, and no need for sugar! I used vanilla extract to add sweet flavors without the actual sugar. 🙂
If you are planning on serving this for family and friends, make two versions: one for kids (without the alcohol but with water) and one for adults (boozy!). Want more flavor? Add another fruit like strawberries or pineapple. It's all about easy and fun with this slush!

Saw the two words, mango & margarita, and had to come see what this was all about. Now, I need one tonight. The perfect margarita for Cinco de Mayo and every summer night.

This looks soooo delicious! I would probably add a little more tequila 🙂 but it sounds so refreshing.
And even though we don't celebrate cinco de mayo here I might just have one of those tonight... 🙂
