This simple Roasted Cabbage is a great way to bring out the flavor in this vegetable. Caramelized on the edges and soft in the center, this side dish is a tasty way to enjoy cabbage!
Remove the outer layer of leaves from your cabbage.
Slice cabbage into ¼″ thick slices. Arrange on a baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper (sprinkle any other seasoning you are using).
Roast in a preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Notes
I do not flip my cabbage slices. You can if you like.
I suggest counting one slice of cabbage per person, for serving quantity purposes.
