Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sriracha or more as needed
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup water warm

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients (except water) to a small food processor or blender OR a mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
  2. Add a little bit of water at a time and whisk until the dressing has desired consistency.
  3. Serve right away or refrigerate until ready to serve.
