Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 cloves roasted garlic

Instructions

  1. Roast the garlic. You can do it in the oven or in the air fryer. Once done, mash it with a fork and cool completely.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayo, lemon juice, salt and mashed garlic.
  3. Place in a jar and store in the fridge.
