Air Fryer French Fries
Air Fryer French Fries are a delicious and healthy version of a popular fast food side dish. These fries are crispy yet made with almost no oil.
Servings 4 people
- 4 russet potatoes
- olive oil spray
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Peel potatoes and cut into fries. Place in a bowl and cover with water. Let stand for 1 hour.
Drain the potatoes and rinse.
Pat each potato piece with a paper towel to dry. Spray with olive oil and toss with seasoning.
If your air fryer needs preheating, set the temperature to 390 degrees F.
Arrange fries in a basket or rack and air fry for 15 minutes.
Shake the fries or turn over and air fry for 5 to 8 minutes more.
Remove from air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
