Cashew Coffee Creamer Recipe ( Vegan ) - healthy coffee creamer made with cashew nuts, brown sugar and vanilla. Perfect non-dairy choice for coffee or tea!

  • 1/4 cup raw whole cashews
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons packed brown sugar or sweetener of choice


  1. Place cashews in a glass measuring cup and cover with 1/2 cup of water. Let soak for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. If overnight, cover with water at night and make creamer in the morning.
  2. Drain and rinse cashews. Place in a blender. Add 1/2 cup of water, vanilla and sweetener.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Add the remaining water to adjust consistency, if desired.
  4. Store creamer in a glass bottle with lid for up to 1 week in the fridge.

Recipe Notes

The prep time does not include the soaking time.
