Place all ingredients in a small saucepan. Whisk well.
Heat up over medium-low heat, do not boil.
Remove from heat and pour into a mug.
Add sweetener of choice if needed.
Notes
The serving amount is one cup ( 8oz. ) so the recipe makes enough for two people. However, you can make the whole amount for one person. To make iced, cool completely and serve over ice. You can add ½ cup of freshly brewed coffee.
