This turmeric tea is a delicious immune-boosting drink with turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and your choice of milk.

  • 2 cups milk any you like: whole, almond, coconut or mix
  • 1.5 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • pinch of freshly ground black pepper


  1. Place all ingredients in a small saucepan. Whisk well.
  2. Heat up over medium-low heat, do not boil.
  3. Remove from heat and pour into a mug.
  4. Add sweetener of choice if needed.

Recipe Notes

The serving amount is one cup ( 8oz. ) so the recipe makes enough for two people. However, you can make the whole amount for one person. 

To make iced, cool completely and serve over ice. 

You can add 1/2 cup of freshly brewed coffee.
