  • 1 c frozen mango chunks
  • 1 c ice cubes
  • 2 Tbsp tequila or water
  • 1 to 2 tsp vanilla extract (to taste)


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until slushy consistency. Add more liquid if needed.
  3. Taste and add more extract if needed.
  4. Serve immediately.
