Pat the steak dry with a paper towel. Make sure it is room temperature, not cold straight from the fridge.

Drizzle steak with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and your favorite steak seasoning.

Preheat your air fryer to 400° Fahrenheit. Place steak in the basket.
Air fry steak for 6 minutes, flip it on the other side and cook for 6 more minutes.
Once the cooking cycle is done, remove steak from the air fryer and let it rest for 8 to 10 minutes.
Serve with garlic herb butter, steak sauce, and your favorite sides.

Choose a steak that has a good amount of marbling, meaning the fat distributed in the meat.
