for the salad:

  • 20 oz cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 8 oz feta cheese in a brick

for the dressing:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Wash tomatoes and slice each in half.
  2. Cut the cheese into cubes.
  3. Place everything in a mixing bowl.
  4. In a measuring cup or a jar, mix all ingredients for the dressing. Whisk well.
  5. Pour dressing over salad. Toss to coat.
  6. Serve right away or chill until ready to serve.
