  • 20 medium or large shrimp
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • ¾ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper

  1. Prepare the shrimp: remove the vein and most of the shell. I leave the tails but you can remove them completely.
  2. Preheat the grill or griddle pan.

  3. In a medium bowl, combine melted butter with seasoning and garlic.
  4. Skewer shrimp. If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes so they won't burn on the grill. If you are using a griddle pan, you can skip this step.
  5. Brush shrimp with butter mixture, on both sides.
  6. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until pink.
  7. Serve immediately.
