These Easy Grilled Shrimp are brushed with butter, seasoning, and garlic and cooked on the grill in just minutes. Easy prep and easy clean-up. Perfect light summer dinner for seafood fans!
Prepare the shrimp: remove the vein and most of the shell. I leave the tails but you can remove them completely.
20 medium or large shrimp
Preheat the grill or griddle pan.
In a medium bowl, combine melted butter with seasoning and garlic.
¼ cup unsalted butter, 2 teaspoons minced garlic, ¾ teaspoon Italian seasoning, ¼ teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon salt, ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Skewer shrimp. If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes so they won't burn on the grill. If you are using a griddle pan, you can skip this step.
Brush shrimp with butter mixture, on both sides.
Grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until pink.
Serve immediately.
