Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bacon

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400° F.
  • Line a large baking sheet (or two) with parchment paper. I don’t recommend aluminum foil.
  • Place bacon strips on the sheet, do not over-crowd.
  • Bake for 16 to 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the bacon. I cooked mine for 18 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and serve.

Notes

  • The thick-cut bacon may need up to 20 minutes.
  • I don’t recommend aluminum foil as the bacon tends to stick to it.
  • Save the bacon grease and use it in place of oil in other dishes.
