Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey omit if using honey mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon or honey mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar or small food processor and whisk or blend until creamy.
  2. Taste and add more salt or pepper if needed.
