Sheet Pan Stir Fry

Sheet Pan Stir Fry is the easiest way to make a quick stir fry at home. You only need three ingredients: chicken, vegetables and sauce. Bake it without the mess on one sheet pan!

for the stir fry:

  • 1 lb chicken breast or thighs but into bite-size pieces
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 red bell pepper cut into strips
  • 1/2 green bell pepper cut into strips
  • 1/2 yellow or orange bell pepper cut into strips

for the sauce:

  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch


  1. Chop veggies and chicken.
  2. In a small bowl or glass measuring cup, whisk together the sauce ingredients.
  3. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  4. Spray a large baking sheet with olive oil cooking spray.
  5. Arrange veggies and chicken on the pan.
  6. Drizzle half of the stir fry sauce over the ingredients and stir in. Top the chicken with minced garlic.
  7. Bake until the chicken is done and veggies are tender, 15 to 18 minutes.
  8. Simmer the remaining sauce in a small pan or cook in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes, until it thickens and serve over finished dish.
