This Cranberry Relish is the best and easy recipe for a Thanksgiving side dish. It's made with fresh cranberries, apple, orange. Sweeten it with sugar or honey and spice it with ginger and cloves.
Place fruit in a food processor and process until finely chopped. If you are using a small food processor, chop one fruit at a time. If you are using a large food processor, you can chop cranberries, apple and orange (seeds removed, peel on) together.
Place chopped fruit in a mixing bowl.
Add sugar and spices. Stir together.
Serve relish right away or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
