Avocado Dip – creamy dip with ripe avocados, garlic, lime juice, sour cream, red onions and spices. This dip is made in a food processor in just minutes!

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro or parsley See note
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice


  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Process until smooth. You may need to stop and scrape the sides of the machine.
  3. Pour the dip into a bowl and serve right away or cover with plastic wrap and store in the fridge.
