oven bag from Gorton's Simply Bake Shrimp Classic Scampi

olive oil

teaspoon
minced garlic

red bell pepper

fresh spinach

Instructions
Remove Oven Bag from Gorton's package and prepare as directed on the box.
In the meantime, bring a pot of water to boil. Add salt and pasta to water and cook until al dente. Drain and keep warm.
In a medium pan, heat up olive oil. Add garlic and pepper and saute until pepper is soft.
Add spinach to pan and saute until wilted.
Toss pasta with sauteed vegetables.
Add cooked shrimp to pasta and gently toss together.
Serve garnished with red pepper flakes and chopped parsley.
