Berry frozen yogurt
Berry Frozen Yogurt - easy and refreshing treat for the summer. Healthier than ice cream yet still creamy and delicious.
Servings: 4 people
- 125 gr strawberries about 3 large or 4 medium, washed and hulled
- 2 c plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 c agave syrup or maple syrup
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Place the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturers direction, about 25 minutes.
Scoop into a container and freeze until solid.
