Ingredients

  • 1/2 c orange juice or 1 orange juiced
  • 1/2 c cranberry juice
  • 1/2 c cranberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 c old-fashioned oats
  • 3 tsp honey
  • 1 c milk

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
