No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars - easy no-bake bars that taste just like Reese's peanut butter cups! Come together in just minutes!

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Line a 8" square baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and 1/2 cup of peanut butter. The mixture will be thick.
Press the peanut butter mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Set aside.
In a large heat-proof measuring cup, place chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons peanut butter.
Microwave in 20 second intervals, until melted. Stir until smooth.
Spread the chocolate over the peanut butter mixture. Smooth out.
Chill in the fridge until set, at least 1 hour.
