  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


  • Line a 8" square baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, stir together melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and 1/2 cup of peanut butter. The mixture will be thick.
  • Press the peanut butter mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Set aside.
  • In a large heat-proof measuring cup, place chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons peanut butter.
  • Microwave in 20 second intervals, until melted. Stir until smooth.
  • Spread the chocolate over the peanut butter mixture. Smooth out.
  • Chill in the fridge until set, at least 1 hour.
