Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mat. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Place flour, sugar, salt, paprika and butter in food processor and process for 20 seconds, until all combined. With the food processor running, drizzle in the water until the dough forms a ball.
Transfer the dough onto a flat surface and roll out very thin, yet not see-through.
Using a pizza cutter, cut the rolled out dough into 1 and ½ inch squares. Place squares on prepared baking sheets. Sprinkle with additional salt, if you like them salty. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the edges start to turn golden brown.
