Instructions
Wash the zucchini. Slice lengthwise into thin (but not translucenslices.
Place zucchini in a medium saucepan and cover with water. Cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
Drain and set aside.
In a large measuring cup, mix together Greek yogurt and milk.
In a medium saucepan or medium pan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minutes, stirring often.
Add mushrooms and cook until soft, about 3 minutes.
Sprinkle flour over the mushrooms and cook for 1 minutes, stirring often.
Take the pan off the heat.
Stir in yogurt mixture.
Serve over zucchini noodles.
