old-fashioned oats

molasses

packed light brown sugar

teaspoon
ground cinnamon

apple juice
whipped cream
caramel sauce
cloves

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Wash and core apples. Place in a 2qt baking dish, leaving some space between them.
In a small mixing bowl, mix together the filling ingredients: oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and molasses.
Stuff apples with the filling.
Add apple juice to the dish.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. ( The magic number for me was 49 minutes.)
Let sit in room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes.
Just before serving: (do not skip)
Dress the apples with a dollop of whipped cream.
Drizzle with caramel sauce, drizzling some over the whipped cream as well.
Sprinkle nutmeg over the whipped cream.
Serve immediately.
