Peach Sorbet Recipe Card
Peach Sorbet - a three-ingredient frozen treat that's perfect for summer!
Servings: 6 servings
- 3 medium peaches ripe, washed, peeled and cut into chunks
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Place sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to boil. Remove from heat and cool completely. This is a simple syrup.
Place frozen peach chunks, lemon juice and simple syrup into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately or pour into a freezer-safe container with lid.
Keep frozen for up to 1 week.
