  • 3 medium peaches ripe, washed, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice


  • Freeze peaches.
  • Place sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to boil. Remove from heat and cool completely. This is a simple syrup.
  • Place frozen peach chunks, lemon juice and simple syrup into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately or pour into a freezer-safe container with lid.
  • Keep frozen for up to 1 week.
