Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup to 3/4 strong coffee depends how strong you want it
  • 1/3 cup half and half
  • 3 Tablespoons to 5 salted caramel sauce OR regular caramel sauce + 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • whipped cream optional

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients (except whipped cream) in a blender.
  2. Blend on smoothie setting if using Blendtec blender OR on high for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour into a glass, garnish with whipped cream and additional caramel sauce drizzle.
  4. Serve immediately.
