Add cornstarch slurry to chocolate mixture and stir in well.
Add the remaining milk, slowly pouring in, and stir the chocolate until smooth and thick.
Simmer, then remove from heat.
Make whipped cream. Serve hot chocolate garnished with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
