This Sauteed Kale with bacon, onion and garlic is a delicious and easy side dish you can make in under 15 minutes. This dish will become your favorite to make with this leafy green vegetable!
Add onion and garlic and sautee until golden brown.
Add kale and sautee until wilted.
Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
Notes
You can prepare the dish, cool completely and place in a container with lid. I like the glass meal prep containers. Keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet or a microwave.
No need for olive oil. The fat from bacon is perfect for sauteing the veggies!
