Ingredients

  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1.5 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped sweet onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Butter baking dish and set aside.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayo and sour cream.
  4. Add garlic, onion, seasoning and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir in.
  5. Add crab meat and stir in.
  6. Spread dip mixture in the prepared dish. Top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake dip for 15 minutes or until its bubbly around the edges and the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve with crackers, chips or toasted baguette slices.
