Trim ends and outer leaves from each Brussels sprout. Discard. Cut each sprouts in half. Place all in a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle oil over sprouts and toss to coat. Add seasoning and toss to coat.
Arrange Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket (you may need to make it in two batches, depending on the size of your air fryer).
Place the basket in the air fryer, set temperature to 390 degrees F and timer to 8 minutes.
Remove basket from air fryer and shake it. Again, make sure the sprouts are in a single layer.
Cook for another 5 to 7 minutes.
Serve immediately.

If you are using frozen Brussels sprouts, lower the temperature to 375 degrees F and cook sprouts for 8 to 10 minutes. They will thaw out and all excess moisture will evaporate. Then drizzle with oil and seasoning and air fry for 8 minutes.
